Ingredients:
- 1 lb ALCHEMEAT flank steak, cut into desirable pieces
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp mushroom extract
- 4 stalks scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
Instructions
- Add the oil to a large frying pan on medium to high heat.
- Add the ginger and garlic to the pan and sauté for 10-15 seconds.
- Add the soy sauce, water and dark brown sugar to the pan and let it come to a boil.
- Add the ALCHEMEAT steak in and let the sauce thicken for 20-30 seconds.
- Add the mushroom extract, green onions, stir to combine everything, and cook for a final 20-30 seconds. Serve and enjoy!
